Description: The renovation and leasing of a 51,600 s.f. mid-century modern office building for commercial office tenants in Downtown Denver. The project called for a return to the classic styling of the 50’s. The renovation included new mechanical systems and complete interior remodeling valued at $4,000,000. The project was completed in December of 1998.
