The Wazee Lounge & Supper Club

The purchase and renovation of LoDo’s longest operating tavern in cooperation with The Wynkoop Brewing Company. This "jewel box" Victorian is one of the few gold rush period buildings in downtown Denver. The iconic 'Wazee' as it is known is one of those timeless local taverns. St. Charles is proud to have had a role in preserving an operating piece of history and a piece of the grittier past of the city. The project included converting the second floor to Class A office space. The project valued at $1,550,000 was completed in September of 1998.
