2500 Walnut Lofts

Located between Walnut and Larimer and 25th and 26th Street, 2500 Walnut Lofts consists of 39 residential and 2 commercial units in the renovated Benjamin Moore Factory. By renovating one of the last historic warehouse buildings in downtown Denver with original modern architecture and amenities, it is not surprising that St. Charles Town Company was able to sell out the entire phase before completion in January of 2005.
