Chroma
In May 2008, St. Charles Town Company broke ground on Chroma, the company’s third and final phase on the Benjamin Moore site in downtown Denver’s thriving Ballpark neighborhood. This project consists of the construction of twelve residential townhomes, a parking garage for neighboring buildings, and the sale of three existing core & shell brick structures to boutique commercial users. The twelve townhomes will range from 1,597-1,722 square feet with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, home offices, two-car attached garages, and generous outdoor spaces with sweeping skyline views. These progressive townhouses will have fluid clean lines and are being designed to allow Colorado’s wonderful natural light to permeate the living areas. Project costs totaled $14 million and the project was completed in March 2009.
