The development and sale of a 32,000 s.f. of turn of the century Chicago style cast iron office building to 23 residential loft condominiums and retail in 1997 valued at $5,000,000. The project was completed in August of 1999. The Baldwin Building was Denver’s last remaining building with a cast iron facade. The project was positioned as an affordable alternative to the luxury loft and featured radiused walls and units priced under $100,000.
