Bayly Lofts was St. Charles Town Company’s first residential loft development.  The 56,000 s.f. turn of the century clothing manufacturing plant and warehouse has been converted to offices for the Bureau of Land Management during Denver’s 1980’s office boom.  Vacant for lack of office demand for six years, St. Charles purchased the property for $12.00 per s.f. and made this the pioneering residential project in the Ballpark Neighborhood.
