Gallantry at LowryGallantry at Lowry
Quebec and 6th Avenues

In January 2006, renovations began on ten landmark residential buildings which are part of the converted Lowry Air Force Base in Denver. The buildings were converted from duplexes designed for Air Force officers into 3,100 sq. ft. custom single family residences on large lots with detached garages. The homes feature an open floor plan including a great room, formal living and dining room, a fabulous European kitchen, a flex room and three bedrooms upstairs with a five-piece master bath and all new mechanical and electrical systems. The homes also have 1,400 sq. ft. basements. The units were completed in Summer 2008. The historic residences fit a distinctive niche in the Lowry community and have the elegant contemporary interiors which are the hallmark of St. Charles Town Company’s residential projects. The $8,400,000 project was St. Charles’ first development outside the core city and the company’s first single family detached project.
