Charles H. Woolley, II
Mr. Woolley is the Founding Principal and President of St. Charles Town Company. Mr. Woolley founded St. Charles in 1993 as an urban real estate development, investment, and management company. St. Charles and its principals have completed over $300 million of development projects. Mr. Woolley began his 30 year real estate career in 1985, having previously been a history museum director for 8 years. Mr. Woolley is active in community affairs, serving as a trustee for historic preservation, arts, and community service non-profit organizations. He currently serves as a trustee for The Denver Botanic Gardens and History Colorado. He earned an MBA from the University of Denver and holds a B.A. in City Planning from the University of Massachusetts.
Darrin R. Grommeck
Darrin Grommeck is a Principal and Chief Financial Officer of St. Charles Town Company. Mr. Grommeck manages all finance, accounting and reporting initiatives for the company and its affiliates. Prior to joining St. Charles Town Company, Mr. Grommeck served as Vice President of Finance for HMB Partners, Inc., a full-service real estate investment and development company with a focus on residential projects. Mr. Grommeck began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP, and subsequently led the accounting and reporting team efforts for an international development and finance company. He earned his B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jordan C. Zielinski
Principal/Director of Development
Jordan Zielinski is a Principal and Director of Development for St. Charles Town Company. Mr. Zielinski is responsible for underwriting and project execution for new development opportunities. Prior to joining St. Charles Town Company, Mr. Zielinski served as an associate with Dominium, one of the nation’s largest tax credit developers with a focus on multifamily projects in 6 states. Mr. Zielinski started his career with SAIC, a fortune 500 defense contractor, working on military housing privatization around the world. He earned a B.S. in Finance/Marketing and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
Katheryn A. Stewart
Vice President of Operations
Ms. Stewart is the Vice President of Operations for St. Charles Town Company and is responsible for the oversight and asset management of the company’s real estate portfolio. Ms. Stewart began her career with a local, full-service real estate development company and later moved into commercial real estate as the Vice President of Finance for Shift Workspaces, a shared workspace provider. Ms. Stewart earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado Technical University, holds a Certificate in Finance from Colorado State University, is a member of the Condominium Association Institute and holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations designation and is a Tax Credit Housing Certified Professional (HCCP).
Terri L. Saam
Director of Accounting
Ms. Saam is the Director of Accounting for St. Charles Town Company and handles all day to day accounting operations for the company’s development projects and owned portfolio. Ms. Saam previously served as a controller for the 1.5 million square foot Denver West Office Park and as a senior accountant for Denver based Dividend Capital, a real estate investment trust. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Saam spent 3 years participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2007-2009. During Ms. Saam’s time in Iraq, she worked in Ramadi, Fallujah, Al Asad, and Baghdad. Ms. Saam earned 4 coins of appreciation from the military for exemplary service in support of the military forces in Iraq.
